Cultures revolve around the ideas and skills of a group or society. In Pakistan, the many cultures of different tribes blend to form a unified nation. Pakistani cultures influence the lives of citizens and tourists by providing memories they will cherish forever. Pakistani cultures originate from the past of families and are carried on through tradition. Celebrating the accomplishments of their past, Pakistani people remember what is important to them through their people, religion, and food. Pakistan only averages 10 inches of rain per year, leaving western Pakistan with the lowest population because of how dry and hot it is. These people that practice the Islam religion read from a book called the Quran and kneel toward Mecca, a city in Saudi Arabia where Muhammad was born. Practicing Muslims must make a journey to Mecca at least once in their lifetime to pray. Praying is something that the Muslim people do five times a day no mat ter where they are. Fridays are the day that the entire family travels to the mosque to pray. Many religious traditions are the part of Pakistani culture, for instance, the annual ceremonies on the tombs, which are again the influence of Indian culture. Lots of different festivals are the part of this colorful culture, one of them is the spring festival which is celebrated on a wide scale when all the cities are decorated with flowers and different flower exhibitions are promoted especially in these days. Data collection Methodology Information for this paper was collected through interviews with the VP of Student Services, the Associate VP of Enrollment Management, and the Director of Financial Aid. These interviews addressed distance learning, social media, operating systems, digital divide, and digital native. We discussed the trends of usage and the impacts on students and community colleges. Many of the family styles are responses to cultural evolution in freedom of choice and some are from nature’s course, whether tragic or not. Regardless of family style, the chosen avenue is not free from our roles beyond the family that restrict our access to family life, a view of Stephanie Coontz. Stephanie Coontz opposes Popenoe’s theories of a nation in crises, as well as pointing out historical data was not accurately performed. She has provided more accurate data with much more sophisticated statistical approaches, including margin of error. Our choices have improved with every human movement and social trend. While traditional partners implement partnership availability, today’s single parent, has many choices from privileges bestowed. Single parents are capable of working long hours and still participate as loving and nurturing with the help of community, employer childcare accommodations, private and government programs. Communication and logistics, previously hindered from lack of technology, presently are vastly available and have narrowed deficiency in children’s need to see and communicate with parents. Being equipped with much assistance, parents work productively or extensively, trying to excel. Structure of family is not the vitality of a nation; it is the family that creates a nation. As was stated, they are in a league of their own and that’s why they were never swallowed by the majority and can stand out among them. Instead, they belong to the minority group – people who stand on their own, who have the power to refuse the temptation of majority and it’s what made them unique and able to lead with a clear sight. True leaders lead by example. They lead with a purpose, their goal is clear in sight and they were never partial. They are fair in judging people and never play bias based on religion, color or any mundane stuffs. They are willing to listen from others and never think they know it all. They are fairly considerate and empathic. Perhaps the best example to illustrate the difference of being led by a wicked and righteous leader is once again found in the Bible. It was set right after the reign of Solomon. Solomon was considered the wise king and through him, he righteously led Israel until his death but following that, Israel was thrown into chaos when his son took over the kingdom. Israel was divided due to Rehoboam’s harsh leadership. It was only three generations later, when his great grandson reigned Judah that the kingdom experienced peace that Israel once felt under the leadership of Solomon. Aside from what was already mentioned in the literary piece, one characteristic that sets righteous ones apart from common leaders is their ability to recognize their own flaws and works hard to overcome them. They use their natural abilities in leading their people and acknowledge their own shortcomings. There are still many ways to define a righteous leader and it could always go on and on but it always talks about the same thing but only put in different words. The abovementioned qualities as well as others implied are considered sine qua non for a righteous leader and if we really look closely into it, it mainly revolves around a person’s attitude and state of mind. In conclusion to this, having a righteous leader’s presence makes one feel his sense of worth, sense of care and protection. It is rather easy just being a leader in words only than being a true leader. But still, one can become righteous and honorable by learning these qualities as well as sticking up to it. It’s one of the challenges of an honorable leader.
